Two-Components-Paint: The material of the future
 
Cyclomix
Two comoponents pumps shorten the preparation time and improve productivity considerably. The time consuming mixing by hand is no longer necessary. The constant mixture of fresh material ensures even paint coating. The amount of prepared material left in the pump at the end of production is extremely small.

A two components machine fulfils two important requirements:

  • Exact ratio of paint and hardener according to the mixing ration recommended by the manufacturer.
  • The intensive mixture of both components, which assures an even paint quality. The machine only mixes the amount of paint needed for the job on hand and avoids unnecessary material loss. This is especially important for materials with a very short usage time (pot-time).

CYCLOMIXTM

Percise and controlled mixing of two component material. All material and applications can be programmed. CYCLOMIXTMwill handle all parameters automatically once programmed. All CYCLOMIXTM functions are fully monitored by means of a user-friendly keyboard and screen with online-help function: mixing ratio, mixed material consumption, pot-life and VOC emissions are displayed during production cycle. Safe zone installation where applicable (Directive ATEX).
