Automated spraying units can be put into effect as follows:

1. With one or more stationary automatic spray guns
In this case the parts will be move as follows:
- Rotating , for almost turn symmetric parts
- Linear, for flat, simple pieces
- Rotating and linear (chain conveyor)
2. With moveable automatic spray guns
- The parts can be stationary or in move
- Spraying automats with linear movement can work horizontal or vertical
The control of all KREMLIN-Automatic spray guns is done through compressed air. They have to be connected to an Electric- or compressed three way valve. |
