The new patented GESCHA-System for indirect extraction


Innovative technique for highest surface quality demands

The spray mist produced during spray painting is caught by a vertical air stream. With this perfected and well proven technique GESCHA offers the new floor extraction GBA with the new GESCHA-System, which allows you to adjust the extraction streams on the floor individually. Durability is extended considerably and even changing the filters is not very time consuming any more.

In connection with the GESCHA floor extraction unit GBA, we offer suitable fresh air units including large area ceiling-filters, energy saving possibilities, heat recovery systems with special control units (frequency converter available).

If you plan a spray room with floor extraction, please contact us early in the planning process. These will give you the advantage to avoid the most common and expensive planning mistakes.

floor extraction example Remarkable is the fact, that you don’t see the filters anymore. This prolongs the durability of the filters considerably (up to 50 %). The filters don’t have to be changed as often and the service cost is therefore a lot lower than with a common floor extraction unit. The overspray is caught on the pre separator. This means with the GESCHA system you will need less filters.
