Using the GESCHA
patented corrugated floor greatly improves the efficiency of your spray
mist extraction unit.
This is particularly true, if it is combined with the
indirect GESCHA metal front cover system. But even with simple, direct
extraction units great improvements can be achieved. The lengthwise direction
of the segments results in a higher air
draw towards the extraction unit.
Solvent vapors collecting in the depths of the corrugated floor are guided
straight to the extraction wall.

The overspray from the spray gun hitting the ground is
bundled and taken straight to the extraction wall. This helps to avoid dust
swirls on the ground.

Furthermore with the corrugated floor you are
receiving a surface, on which less spray mist and dust swirls can
occur. The cleaning is simple and can be done with a broom.
